Title: Frick’n Good Cookies Farmers’ Market Sales Associate

Job Type: Part Time (7-15 hours per week)

Duration: approximately May-October 2021

Salary: Commission Based ($10-$15/hour + bonuses)

Central Location: Royal Oak, MI

Farmers’ Market Locations (Michigan): Ann Arbor, Birmingham, Clarkston, Detroit, Farmington Hills, Mount Clements, Oakland County, Rochester, Royal Oak, Shelby Township, Troy

Job Description

Responsibilities: Candidates will be assigned to a Saturday Market each week and will be responsible for the following:

• An initial job shadow at a Farmers’ Market to learn the setup and customer interaction

• Pickup and transportation of the product as well as other necessities (Signs, tables, etc.) to and from the appointed market

• Setting up the Frickn’ Good Cookies stand before the start of the market time

• Interact with customers throughout the day and provide information on the product

• Salary will be based on commission each week- the more you sell, the more you make!

• Market start and end times will vary from 7:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is outgoing and personable. We want our customers to have a positive experience with our product, and it all starts with their interaction at our market stand. Must be available to work on Saturday’s and committed to running the market throughout the day.

Prior sales experience is preferred.

Must have access to a vehicle and be able to drive to and from pickup location and market. Paid driving time and gas reimbursement.
